Step 8: Deductions

This is an optional step in the wizard. You can complete it later in the Deductions section of the employee file if required.

This is an optional step, which is used for any standard deductions, including any manual or additional tax contributions. payroll has several additional functions which can be applied to deductions, for example a reducing balance or start and finish dates.

 

Step 8: Deductions

To add a new deduction, click on the last deduction entry line, then press the down arrow (on your keyboard). This provides a blank deduction entry line for you to complete.
